Return Policy

Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within the first 7 days following delivery - we do however reserve the right to refund your purchase minus any carriage charges that we have incurred in delivering . With wheels, front/rear lights and indicators we can only accept returns if a problem is reported within 48hours of delivery. All items will have to be returned at your cost before any refund is made. 

Incorrect parts supplied: If we have wrongly supplied parts we will send the correct item or reimburse the full purchase price once the item is returned plus any delivery costs incurred in returning the item to us. (Valid receipt must be sent showing the delivery cost for a claim). 

 

Correct parts supplied: If we have correctly supplied the product as ordered then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges. Refund will only be made once we have received the item.

 

Incomplete order: If the goods are delivered incomplete, have been damaged in transit or are faulty then we reserve the right to replace the product. If you require a refund in this case then we will reimburse the product costs minus a handling charge of up to 15% of the order value. Please note that you will also be responsible for the return carriage charges. We will only make a refund or send a replacement once the item has been received by us. We will reimburse you for any carriage charges if on inspection the item is found to be faulty. .

 

Product exchanges: If you wish to return a product for exchange then we reserve the right to deduct our initial shipping fee. (i.e. the shipping fee that we have incurred in shipping the first product to you.).You will be responsible for the carriage charge incurred in returning the item to us. Exchange item will only be sent out once we have received the original item. 

 

If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:

 

(a) Contact us to request a *Returns Number.

 

(b) Send the goods to the following address: Returns Dept, Demonkar.com 64 Walmersley Rd Bury GREATER MANCHESTER BL96DP.. Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in "as new" condition.

 

(c) Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the *Returns Number.

 

(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.
